" Are you ready? " とは違う言い方で「準備はできた？」という言い方。

準備ができたか確認するには？

⇒　Are you all set?

※" set " は「用意ができている」という意味の形容詞。

※" all "は「すっかり」「完全に」という意味で準備ができている状態を強調している。

※"Are you ready?"との違い

　例：ジェットコースターに乗るとき

　　　Are you all set?　ぜんぶ準備(シートベルトなど)はできてますか？

　　　Are you ready?　心の準備はできていますか？

　Are you all set? は、器具や装備などをちゃんと整えられてるか確認するときに使う。

※他にも、買い物のときレジの店員さんが「以上でよろしいですか」と確認するときや、レストランで店員さんが「注文したものが全部きたか」と確認するときにもこの表現を使う。

Dion: I can't wait.

Sho: Let's see... We have to bring the towels from the room.

Zach: I'm going to bring some clean cloths too.

Sho: And I want to shave, so I'll bring the razor. OK. Are you all set?

Zach: Yeah! What? Dion, what are you wearing?

Dion: What do you mean?

Sho: You can't wear swimsuit in the hot spring.

Dion: I can't? Do I have to go in the bath naked?（裸でお風呂に入らなきゃダメ？）

Sho&Dion: Of course.

Dion: No way! I'm too shy.
