「これは手に負えません」と言うには？

⇒　This is too much.

※直訳すると「これはあまりにも多すぎます」、つまり「手に負えません」となる。

※誰にとって手に負えないのか分かりやすく言うとき

　This is too much for 　　　.

　例：This is too much for me.<自分が最悪な状況になったときなど>

　例：This is too much for my mother.（うちの母親にとってあまりにもひどくて手に負えないよ）

※This の部分を別の単語に変えて具体的に言うこともできる。

　例：Your outfit is too much.（その服はやりすぎだよ）
