相手の言ったことを聞きなおす表現。あなたの言ったことを捕まえられなかったというような表現。
「よく聞き取れませんでした」と聞きなおすには？
⇒ I didn't quite catch that.
※"catch"は「捕まえる」という意味ですが、転じて「（言葉などを）理解する」という意味になる。
※"not quite"「完全ではなかった」＝つまり、「ちょっと聞き取れなかった」と柔らかい表現になる。
※"that"をいろいろ置き換えることもできる。
例：Sorry, I didn't quite catch your name.（すみません 名前を聞き取ることができなかったので・・・）
例：I didn't quite catch that song title.（曲名が聞き取れなかった）
※上司や目上の方には、文前に"soory / excuse me"をつけた方がいい。
＜ストーリー＞耳コピなのでかなり不正確です(???は聞き取れなかった部分)。緑部分は正確です。
Dion: Today we'll focus on our back muscles.
Zach: I have to do this too?
Dion: Yeah. Of course.
Zach: Why? No body even look that your back.
Sho: Of course they do.

Sho: OK.
Dion: Put your hands are little wider than your shoulders. The most important thing is to focus on your lats.
Sho: I didn't quite catch that. Your what?
Dion: Lats. （広背筋）Here.
Zach: I'm pretty sure I don't have those muscles!（そんな名前の筋肉 僕にはないよ！）
Dion: Of course you do. Come on. Let's get started.
