「考えておくよ」と伝えるには？

※ thin... over = ～についてよく考える

※その場で決断できないときに使う表現。

※断るときの時間稼ぎをするためや、逆に受け入れるときでも使える表現。

　受け入れるときには、

　Sounds like a good idea. I'll think it over.

　と言ったりする。

＜ストーリー＞耳コピなのでかなり不正確です(???は聞き取れなかった部分)。緑部分は正確です。

Jimmy: Aloha, Makoto-san.

Makoto: Hello, Jimmy. You look ready for summer.

Jimmy: Of course, summer is my favorite season. Oh, I have a favor to ask you.

Makoto: A favor? What is it?

Jimmy: Our neighborhood is having a goldfish-scooping event for kids on the last weekend of the month.（今月最後の週末に町内会で子どもたちのために金魚すくい大会をやるんだ）

Makoto: That's a great summer activity.

Jimmy: Yeah, it was my idea. But we don't have enough volunteers on Saturday. Makoto-sa, could you help?

Makoto: Well, this office is usually open on Saturdays.

Jimmy: Just a couple of hours! Please?

Makoto: I'll think it over.

Jimmy: Thank you so much. Well see you around.
