「それは必ずしも事実ではない」という表現。

「必ずしもそうではありません」と言うには？

⇒　That's not always the case.

※ the case = 真相・真実

※相手の言ったことが事実とは言い切れないときにそれを伝える表現。

※That's not the case. → 「それは事実ではない(きっぱり)」完全な否定

　That's not always the case. → 完全な否定ではなく相手に寄り添いつつの否定。角の立たない表現。

☆他の not always を使った表現

　例：<ラスベガスは毎日晴れてるよね？と言われ>

　　　It's not always sunny.（毎日は晴れてるわけじゃないよ）

　例： <ロンドンっていつも雨降ってるんでしょ？と言われ>

　　　It's not always rainy.（いつも雨が降ってるわけじゃないよ）

＜ストーリー＞耳コピなのでかなり不正確です(???は聞き取れなかった部分)。緑部分は正確です。

Asami: Kids grow up so fast. They are going to be 3rd grades.

Bettina: I'm thinking of sending my daughter to a computer programming class.

Asami: I heard that they study programming in elementary school now.

Bettina: Yes. Unfortunately I don't know anything about computer programming.

Asami: Me neither.

Bettina: It's a good opportunity for Grace. If you don't study programming as a child, you will never master it.

Asami: That's not always the case.

Bettina: Really?

Asami: You can study something new at any age!（どんな年齢だって新しいことは始められるわ！） My uncle became a programmer at age 70.（私の叔父さんは 70歳でプログラマーになったのよ）

Bettina: Wow! Then maybe I'll study it too.
