You can say that again. [まったくそのとおり]
(まったくそのとおりです。)
・大賛成しているときのフレーズ。
・直訳すると「それをあなたはもう一度言うことができるくらい正しい内容でしたよ」。
・発音するときは、" that "を強調して言う。
・同意するフレーズ " I think so, too. " との違い。
例：I think we should have the meeting tomorrow.（私たちはミーティングを明日開くべきです）
→ ○ I think so, too. 理知的な同意。
→ ✖ You can say that again. 感情が高揚しているときに使う。
例：I'm looking forward to the meeting tomorrow.（明日の会議が楽しみです）
→ ○ You can say that again.

・先ほどの You can say that again. よりも感情的ではない。
・完全な同意なので、completly / entirely / totally などの強い単語をagree のあとに置いている。

・「まったくそのとおりです。そのような危機を経験したことはありません」。
・couldn't は、やろうと思ってもできないだろうなぁという少し引いた表現。
つまり、もっと賛成しようと思ってもできないだろうなぁ = それ以上ないくらいの大賛成
・crisis 「危機」。
