・日本語でも"すみません"の代わりに"申し訳ございません"など使い分ける。
・今回は"ごめんなさい"ではすまないときの謝り方。

【Takuma】Yes, I'm OK.
【Server】I'm terribly sorry. I'll get a towel and make another parfait.
【Takuma】That would be wonderful, thanks.
【Risa】You're taking this very well.
【Takuma】Right. The cold ice cream acually feels good right now.
【Server】Here's the towel, sir. Allow me to apologize again. *1

【Takuma】Don't worry about it.
◎Today's Key Sentence◎
I'm terribly sorry. [真剣な謝罪]
I'll get a towel and make another parfait. [代案など]
(たいへん申し訳ありません。タオルをお持ちして、それから代わりのパフェをおつくりします。)
・terrible を添えることがポイント。
・他にも really, very, awfully, horribly なども添えることができる。
・さらに代案も付け加える。
・get は「手に入れる」という単語だけど常に動きがある。「何か動いていって手に入れる」という感じ。ここでは「タオルをとってきますよ」。

・immediately = すぐに
